Customer service is a basic, but frequently overlooked ingredient for business success. Here are five very basic pillars for good–nay, EXQUISITE–customer service:

 

1. Know the customer’s name
2. Small talk (if the vibe is right)
3. Follow-up quickly
4. Thank them
5. Be totally AWESOME

 

By following these five basic tips, there is the opportunity to develop an on-going business/customer partnership–one that can be successful for everyone!
